The Dr. Daniel Sugarman Endowed Scholarship was established by Barbara Sugarman for a full-time undergraduate student who is majoring in psychology, has a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0, and demonstrates financial need (not necessarily as defined by the federal government).
