The Morris County Daily Record Operation Sunshine Endowed Scholarship is for a full-time undergraduate student who has resided in or continues to reside in Morris County, New Jersey and/or graduated from a high school in Morris County, and demonstrates financial need (not necessarily as defined by the federal government).
