The Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey Endowed Scholarship was established by Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey for a full-time undergraduate or full-time or part-time graduate student who is enrolled in the College of Science and Health, has a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0, and demonstrates financial need (not necessarily as defined by the federal government).
