Richard Kulp Education Endowed Scholarship

The Richard Kulp Education Endowed Scholarship is for a full-time student pursuing a degree in education for the purpose of becoming a teacher, including candidates who are pursuing music education degrees; the student may demonstrate financial need (not necessarily as defined by the federal government).
