Ruth Carter Frost Endowed Scholarship

The Ruth Carter Frost Endowed Scholarship was established by the late Carlton Frost IV and Marc and Lee Schaeffer in memory of Lee’s mother for a student who is majoring in English and has a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0, with preference given to a student who demonstrates financial need (not necessarily as defined by the federal government).
